Circles of Capacity: Expressive Arts for Healing, Resilience, and Joy (Peer Group)

Expressive Arts include multiple modalities: visual arts, movement, music, writing, theater, and ceremony. Through these creative connections, we tell our stories, share in sacred witness the stories of others, and express our grief, anger, despair, repair, hope, resilience, empowerment, and joy.

As frontline health care workers and first responders, we carry with us the traumatic experiences of our patients and clients. A community of understanding and empathy, woven together by the arts, helps us heal and thrive. A safe space and confidentiality provide the foundational conversation for our experiences.

All classes are on the fourth Monday of the month, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., at the NEAR studio in Ellensburg.
