Come join us for a lovely Unwound Retreats day retreat July, 20th, 2024!
Come join Des and I for a beautifully crafted and curated day retreat up at Lake Roesiger on Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 10:30 – 4:30 pm.
Are you feeling like you could use a reset? Are you feeling the need to unwind and relax? De-stress?
This day retreat is just for you! We will dig deep into restorative practices such as meditation, yoga, journaling and offer some portions of the day to be in silence.
Not the whole day, so don’t worry! Just a little bit. 😉
The afternoon will offer time to swim, paddle board or kayak on the lake.
What is included:

Access to kayaks and paddleboards
What to bring:
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Comfortable clothes, including swimsuit and towel if you want to swim
Extra paddle board if you have one
We will have access to Des’ cabin with two bathrooms and running water.
The location is about an hour outside of Seattle in Snohomish. Consider carpooling with your friends.

This retreat is open to all healthcare workers.
