Empower and Envision: A Day of Equine Connection
A 1-Day Women’s retreat in North Bend
Horses are perfect partners for healing and self-awareness. They have a natural ability to sense and respond to human emotions and hold no judgements of who you are. At this one day retreat you will have the opportunity to connect with a horse one-on-one! The horse has a magical way of sensing our underlying intentions and get us connected to our intuition and leading us to self-discovery.
With the awareness you gain through your one-on-one horse connection, you will create your own wellness board. A wellness board is a deeply personal and reflective process, designed to inspire and guide one towards a balanced and fulfilling life. You will have time to gather your thoughts and intentions for what you hope to achieve through this visual representation of your goals and aspirations towards wellness.
We will wrap up the day with a tea ceremony in the beautiful outdoor garden. Here we will reflect on our connection with one another and the horses.
Early bird tickets go on sale on Monday, August 5th at 8am which also includes a continental breakfast and lunch (gluten free options available). There are only 12 tickets available so be sure to register early.
Other important details:
· Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided
· Tea and water will be available throughout the day
· Dress for the weather as we will be outside at times
· No riding during this event
· All participants must sign a waiver
· All participants must be over the age of 15 and with an adult
· The location is off of exit 34 in North Bend
· The address will be provided at least 48 hours prior to the event
