Want to focus more intentionally on your own wellness with a good book, a little structure, and a supportive community? Sign up for our free quarterly book club!

The book this quarter (February – April) is Tranquility by Tuesday: 9 Ways to Calm the Chaos and Make Time for What Matters by Laura Vanderkam. We will meet for a book discussion on Zoom on Wednesday, April 24, at 6 pm Pacific time.

If you can’t make the meeting, you’ll get an email with reflection questions for the quarter so you can keep growing along with us.
