Our Mission is to Support Frontline Worker Wellness

Located in Kittitas County in Washington State

After witnessing burnout in our community of frontline workers at unprecedented rates, the idea for Quiet Cadence was born. We work and partner with other community resources with a goal of helping caregivers find peace and balance, through yoga, art, equine, and other experiences.
